LEADERSHIP

Sabahar is so fortunate to have dedicated leadership which enables the company to run smoothly. The Management team consists of seven people, four of which are women. The collective experience and knowledge of the team is the backbone of the company. This group makes all important decisions that affect the company collectively.

Sabahar also has increasingly confident group of middle managers who ensure the day-to-day work of the company is seamless. 50% of the middle managers are women. They manage each department and ensure there is synergy between them. 

So often we focus on the artisans but without the team of dedicated professionals behind them, their beautiful craft would not be seen by the world.
